SpotUndo is a free, community-driven guide to places in Kerala. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You may use SpotUndo to discover places and contribute your own.

2. User Accounts

• You may sign in using Google OAuth to contribute places.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Browsing and searching places does not require an account.

3. Contributions

• By submitting a place, you grant SpotUndo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that data publicly.
• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or spam data.
• You must only upload photos you have the right to share.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Place information is crowdsourced and may not always be accurate or up to date. SpotUndo does not guarantee the accuracy of any place, location, timing, or other detail. Always verify directly with the place before relying on it.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download data from SpotUndo.
• Submit spam, intentionally false, or misleading information.
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or overload the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The SpotUndo name, logo, and website design are the property of SpotUndo. User-contributed place data is made available under a public license for the benefit of the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpotUndo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service or reliance on the data provided, including but not limited to inaccurate listings, closed venues, or incorrect details.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SpotUndo at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
